FEDERAL JUDGE, JAY BYBEE, WAS A LAWYER WHO HELPED ENABLE TORTURE

Jay Bybee, a Federal Court Judge who is one step away from becoming a United States Supreme Court Judge, was one of the lawyers, along with John Yoo, who helped enable those who wished to torture prisoners in the custody of the US military. This is one person we don't need on the SCOTUS. He shouldn't be a Federal Judge, and he needs to be impeached by Congress.
