To all my faithful readers,

Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanza, Happy Winter Solstice, or whatever you may be celebrating!

May this be a happy, peaceful time with loved ones, family and friends.

May the coming New Year bring us all good health, good times, prosperity, and honest elections.

Thank you all for taking the time out of your busy days to stop by and read my rants.

Merry Merry Grandpa Eddie. I gave my dad the new Al Franken book as one of his gifts and when I opened one of the gifts he and my mom gave to me, it was in fact the new Al Franken book. We just looked at each other from across the room and burst into laughter, but as my mom has always said, my pops and I are more alike than either one of us would care to admit, but I think I can live with that. Happy New Year to you and yours... let's hope it's a good one and a very very bad one for the Neo-Convicts.

Hey Pops!... hope your prior holiday weekend went well -- now it's time for that end-of-year shebang.

Getting ready for a big bottle of New Year's champagne? ;) lol

WOW! I can see I'm slippin' here...haven't checked the comments on my own blog for awhile...but then it's Bowl Season and I've been a little pre-occupied.

Merry, Merry to you also. Glad the holiday was a good one for you. Have a great New Year and let's hope and expect a much better year then the last five.

Thanks for stoppin' by, happy to have new visitors...doesn't matter how ya got here, just that ya got here.
I'll be stoppin' by your blog to check it well as the other links you posted.
Thanks again...and come on back again.

Downtown Liberal,
Thanks for stoppin' by, and thanks for the invite. I'll be sure to stop by and see what your blog is all about. I'd like to get the southern liberal's perspective on some things.

Had a great prior holiday...we spent the day with my oldest daughter and my grandsons, 8 1/2 & 1 1/2, lots of fun.
We may have a bottle of the bubbly but won't be going out...saving that for the next day. Jan. 1st is our anniversary...and I don't have to work we'll be doing our partying with some of the kids and our friends then.
Hope your holiday was a good one, and let's hope for a better and brighter year ahead.

Cairo the Boxer,
Thanks for stoppin' by my blog. Checked out your blog...beautiful pups you've got. I see they can be very playful.

Downtown Liberal,
I visited your blog and noticed you don't allow comments. Have you tried allowing comments? Just wondering.
