It seems that the national commander of the American Legion has a problem with the First Amendment. He thinks that anti-war protesters should be arrested for demonstating on public property.

They are fucking clueless. How dare they? I wish I had it handy, but Daily Kos had a good post pointing out their hypocrasy.
